A Real Hen Party Scenario
Fourteen friends from London descended on Edinburgh for Lucy's hen weekend in April — two nights, a whisky distillery tour on Saturday afternoon, bottomless brunch in the New Town, and a bar crawl finishing at a club on Cowgate. The maid of honour had tried to plan it using Uber but quickly realised surge pricing on a Saturday night in Edinburgh would be brutal.

Can we drink on the minibus?
Alcohol consumption by passengers is permitted on our party hire vehicles, provided it is brought in sealed containers and consumed responsibly. We do ask that nobody is already in a state requiring assistance when boarding, and we reserve the right to decline or end a hire if there is a risk to vehicle safety or other passengers. Please mention your plans when booking so expectations are clear.
How many stops can we make in one booking?
There's no firm limit on stops within a day or evening hire. Most party hires involve 3–6 stops (accommodation, activity venue, restaurants, bars, club). Provide your rough itinerary when booking and we'll quote accordingly. If plans change on the night, the driver will accommodate reasonable adjustments within the agreed hire period.
What's the latest you can collect us at night?
We offer 24-hour service for party bookings, including collections at 2 am, 3 am, and later where pre-booked. Late-night collections are priced into the hire at the time of booking — there are no surprise surcharges added on the night. Book late-night transport in advance; last-minute requests may not always be available.
What if our group size changes after booking?
Guest lists change — we understand. You can adjust passenger numbers up to 48 hours before travel. If the group grows beyond the booked vehicle capacity, we can usually arrange a larger vehicle or a second minibus subject to availability. Contact us as soon as you know the final headcount.
Do you cover both the stag and hen party separately in the same city on the same night?
Yes — we regularly book two vehicles for joint pre-wedding weekends where the stag and hen parties are in the same city but running separate programmes. Just book as two separate quotes and mention the context — we'll make sure both have equally reliable drivers and vehicles.
