Yes — business accounts with monthly invoice billing are available for companies making more than one booking per month. Account setup takes under 24 hours and requires your company name, registered address, VAT number, and preferred invoice format. Once open, all trips are consolidated onto your monthly statement.
Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?
Yes — volume and block-booking discounts apply for recurring routes (weekly or monthly), conference series, or annual framework agreements. Discounts are agreed as part of the account setup and applied automatically to all bookings under the agreement. Contact us to discuss your anticipated volumes.
Can the driver wait at a venue while our meeting runs long?
Yes — waiting time is standard for corporate day hires. If you're booking a return journey the same day, the driver waits on-site or in a nearby location during your event. Waiting time beyond the agreed hours is billed at a nominal hourly rate, agreed at the time of booking — no surprises.
Do vehicles have Wi-Fi and charging for working during the journey?
USB-A and USB-C charging ports are fitted at each seat on all our corporate fleet vehicles. Wi-Fi is available on our larger coaches (16-seat and above) subject to availability — please confirm your requirement when booking. Air-conditioning and tray tables are standard across the executive fleet.
Can you provide vehicles for our company's branded events?
